Now that you've completed the setup of your raffle in our system, its time to apply to the Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority (SLGA) to get your license!


Their application is an online process and can be found at: https://www.slga.com/


First you're going to have to log in, or register if its your first time here! Click on Sign In / Register



Go ahead and log in, or click on Register if its your first time here.




Complete the form by entering your name, email, and choosing a password!


Now the “Sign In/ Register” button at the top has changed to “Dashboard”, click on it and go to ‘My Dashboard” in the dropdown menu.


From your Dashboard click on Apply now to begin a new application.





Select Raffle Application from the available selections.



Part 1: Select (Between $2,501 and $50,000) or ($50,001 and more) both selections have an identical application process and hit next





Part 1.1: Fill in organization information or select your organization from the drop down if a returning customer, upload any supporting documents if there have been any changes to your organization




Part 2: Fill in the two fields, indicate if you are in partnership with another organization (If Yes fill in the required information for the other organization) and click next



Part 3: Fill in the raffle contact information as well as an alternate contact and hit next



Part 4: Fill in the required fields, ticket printer will be Funding Change, attach a copy of the provided raffle ticket, rules of play, advertising, and list of print media outlets, yes to RNG, yes to lottery management, select funding change from the drop down menu, attach copy of contract we provided you, toll free # if applicable, website of raffle and yes for using website to take payment etc. Then click Next.




Part 5: Fill in your ticket tier prices like you did in our raffle setup! To add additional tiers just click the add button. Important note: Enter in the total number of tickets available under the single ticket tier, for the remaining tiers enter in 1. Are variety packs being offered (yes or no) typically no



Part 6: Fill in the raffle prize information and draw info and click next (able to attach a list)



Part 6.1: Either attach or fill online the expected expenses of running the raffle



Part 6.2: Check off the selections of how net proceeds will be spent. Section B requires supporting documentation, and Section C is if the use is not provided above



Part 7: Confirm there will be a lottery bank account, as well as only for the use of items approved by the SLGA



Application Summary: Review information to ensure everything is correct and then hit next


Application Consent: Type your full name, check the box and hit next



Payment Information: Indicate if you would like to pay the application fee now, and click submit application and payment.



And that’s it! You’re done!
