Follow these steps if an RSU malfunctions and you are not able to print a ticket on the current RSU.
1. Ticket seller must return to Supervisor
2. From your Raffle Dashboard, click MANAGE TICKET SELLERS
3. Find the name of the ticket selling whose RSU malfunctioned, click REASSIGN
4. Choose a different RSU from the dropdown list
5. Click ASSIGN
6. Have ticket seller sign into the new RSU with their passcode
7. Ticket seller should now click REPRINT LAST TICKET. The last ticket sold on the previous RSU will reprint
