If a printer fails to print, DO NOT CONTINUE SELLING TICKETS UNTIL A REPRINT HAS BEEN PERFORMED. 

  1. Tap Menu button
  2. Check printer status. Status should show: “Printer: CONNECTED” in the top right corner. If printer status is “DISCONNECTED”, please contact your Raffle Supervisor.
  3. Tap REPRINT LAST TICKET
